You are the expert when it comes to communicating the product to the outside world. Most of these are leads who have already expressed interest—in other words, warm leads. Nevertheless, you shouldn't be afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls.
Together with the team, you will develop a sales presentation that you can present to prospective customers during online meetings or, in the future, in-person meetings. In addition, a small part of your responsibilities will involve customer consulting.
